Qualifications

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements; partner with IT for interfaces.
• Develop training procedures and user education for HR stakeholders.
• Perform data audits and support ad hoc reporting and testing.
• Lead or assist with projects like performances, talent reviews, and compensation planning.
