Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst to support HR technology, reporting, and data integrity in a remote role. You will liaise with HR and IT to optimize Workday configuration, run testing, and deliver ad hoc reports for strategic planning.

Responsibilities include user training, data audits, and implementing new HR systems. The role requires 5 years HRIS/IT experience and 2 years of Workday configuration, with potential for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

Proficient in HRIS tools and data integrity practices.
Experience with Workday HCM configuration and upgrades.
Strong communication and analytical abilities.
Background in HR policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Background check clearance.
Two years of Workday configuration experience.
Five years HRIS/IT experience.
Project management experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

Provide HR technology production support and testing.
Configure Workday or other HR technologies for projects and production support.
Develop ad hoc reports and perform data audits.
Resolve data transfer issues between HRIS and other systems.
Collaborate with IT on system interfaces.
Support HR program initiatives like performance, talent review and compensation.
Conduct user access audits.
Execute bulk employee changes via EIB.
Lead training in systems and applications.
Implement new systems and provide user training.
