Job summary
Humana, Inc. seeks a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to serve as the enterprise SME for compensation and Total Rewards technology. You will design, configure, test and optimize scalable solutions, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll and Technology to maximize business value.
You will guide annual planning, incentive programs and market adjustments, mentor staff, and influence enterprise initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across the Workday platform.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Experience configuring compensation processes and annual planning.
- Experience leading testing activities (UAT, SIT) and deployments.
- Strong collaboration with Compensation, HR, Finance and IT stakeholders.
- Solution design translating business needs into Workday capabilities.
- Mentoring configuration professionals in large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, design and configuration of Workday Compensation solutions.
- Own testing, implementation, and ongoing support for compensation modules.
- Drive governance, automation and optimization across projects.
- Partner with senior leaders to maximize value from Workday platform.
