Job summary

PUMA seeks an HR Tech Analyst to own and optimize Workday Benefits, supporting Open Enrollment and regional configurations for the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. You’ll partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR and Finance to ensure accurate configurations, testing, and reporting while maintaining documentation and continuous improvements.

The role is remote within North America with competitive base pay, bonus, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience with hands-on Benefits configuration.
• Experience with eligibility, Open Enrollment, rates, and benefit-related integrations.
• Strong Workday configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Benefits configuration and support for US, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment setup and support across regions.
• Act as a trusted partner to Benefits and Payroll teams; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support Workday Payroll configuration including earnings and deductions.
• Lead testing for Benefits and Payroll changes, releases, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields for HR/Benefits.
• Collaborate across Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance, and HR Technology on improvements.
• Maintain system documentation for operational continuity.
• Manage Benefits/Payroll integrations and data validation.
