Job summary

Public Partnerships | PPL in the United States is seeking a Workday Systems Business Analyst to optimize our Workday platform and HR processes. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate workforce data and scalable HR operations across compensation, benefits, and absence management.

You will lead Workday reporting, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user support while driving operational excellence across our HR technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/IS/Business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with HR systems and Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday administration and end-user inquiries with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders.
• Perform data validation and reporting across Workday modules.
• Assist with security administration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Document processes and provide user training to staff.
