Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Workday Benefits specialist to own and optimize Benefits configuration, Open Enrollment, and related payroll integrations. You will partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance, and the global HR Technology team to deliver scalable system solutions.

Based in the US, you will support a fast-moving, global team while ensuring accurate data, clear documentation, and proactive testing through releases and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience configuring Benefits.
• Experience with eligibility rules, Open Enrollment, life events, or carrier feeds.
• Working knowledge of Payroll processes and HR data connections; Workday Payroll a plus.
• Strong Workday configuration, testing, troubleshooting and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Collaborative, service-oriented partner across Benefits, Payroll, HR and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Benefits configuration and support, including plans, eligibility rules and setup.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment system setup for US, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
• Act as a trusted partner to Benefits and Payroll teams; troubleshoot and translate needs.
• Support Payroll configuration and processes within Workday.
• Lead testing for Benefits and Payroll changes, releases and integrations.
• Build and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields and reporting.
• Partner across Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance and HR Technology for enhancements.
• Maintain clear system documentation for continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Support Benefits and Payroll integrations and downstream data validation.
