Public Partnerships LLC is seeking a remote HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our Workday platform. You will partner with HR, Payroll and IT to ensure accurate workforce data, scalable processes, and reliable reporting across compensation, benefits, and time off.

The role emphasizes system improvements, testing, and user training. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HRIS/Workday, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS/Workday experience.
• 3+ years supporting Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules.
• Experience supporting Workday reporting, system administration, data quality, and end-user support.
• Experience partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for Workday administration, troubleshooting issues, and end-user inquiries with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance, configuration support, QA, and data validation across Workday modules.
• Support Workday security administration, reporting, and functionality to ensure optimal performance.
• Create and maintain system documentation, guides, and knowledge bases; provide end-user training on Workday.
