Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking an HR Tech Analyst to own Workday Benefits configuration and Payroll integrations from remote within the United States. You will manage benefit plans, eligibility rules, Open Enrollment, and related system setup.

You will partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR and Finance teams, lead testing and reporting, develop scalable solutions, and maintain clear documentation to support operations. A collaborative, proactive mindset and 3+ years of Workday experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience with hands-on Benefits configuration.
• Experience supporting Benefits processes including eligibility and Open Enrollment.
• Knowledge of Payroll integration and HR data connections.
• Strong Workday configuration, testing, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Collaborative partner across Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance and HR Technology.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Benefits configuration and support across plans and rules.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment setup and support for US, PR, and Canada.
• Act as a trusted systems partner to Benefits and Payroll teams.
• Support Payroll configuration and processes in Workday.
• Lead testing for Benefits and Payroll changes and integrations.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Maintain system documentation for continuity.
