Job summary

Rate is seeking an HRIS Analyst to configure, test, and support Workday, partnering with HR and technology teams to maintain efficient HR processes. You will deliver enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and help ensure accurate data and reporting across HR systems.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, security compliance, and knowledge expansion across Workday areas while supporting multiple priorities in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS, Workday, or related enterprise applications experience.
• Hands-on Workday configuration, testing, and support.
• Experience with business processes, reporting, testing, troubleshooting and production support.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new areas and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain Workday functionality across functional areas.
• Deliver enhancements and resolve production issues per requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate when needed.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and related configuration.
• Support data changes, EIBs, mass updates, and documentation.
