You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate workforce data, scalable processes, and effective security. Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS/Workday experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation experience.
• Experience with Workday reporting, system administration, data quality, and end-user support.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Workday, troubleshooting issues and guiding end-users in partnership with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders.
• Support HR functional areas: Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Recruiting modules.
• Participate in updates, testing, and deployments; identify automation and reporting improvements.
• Maintain documentation, provide end-user training, and drive system improvements across HR processes.
