Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright seeks a Sr. Analyst, HR Technology to design, configure, and maintain HR solutions with a focus on Workday, supporting business processes and organizational efficiency.

The role partners with stakeholders to capture requirements, prioritize work, and deliver scalable Workday solutions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills, and will contribute to reporting and analytics while staying current on Workday releases and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience defining or improving Workday configuration or design standards, especially within the Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday architecture, impacts, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Infosec teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of current HR systems and their relationship to other information systems.
• Provide system support and analysis, focusing on Workday Benefits and Compensation.
