Juul Labs, based in the United States, is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead national accounts at the HQ level, focusing on large format retailers and distribution within the tobacco category. This remote-based role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with category teams to drive growth and ROI.

You will onboard and manage major accounts, deliver strategic plans, analyze data, and communicate with stakeholders across retail and distribution networks.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience in HQ-level account management for large format retail or distribution in CPG.
• Must be self-starter with ability to work and deliver results in a remote environment.
• Proficient with technology software and CRM (PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or five years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as the primary point person with HQ-level category teams for major accounts (Walgreens/BP portfolio of c-stores).
• Develop and deliver strategies and campaigns to maximize ROI and growth in national accounts.
• Onboard and manage large format chain accounts at the HQ level; coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
