Job summary

Juul Labs is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager to lead national accounts in the US Commercial organization. You will be the primary point of contact with Walgreens and BP portfolios, managing HQ-level relationships and driving growth in non-convenience channels.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong data analysis, and the ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Prior tobacco industry experience is a plus, with travel and field activity as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years account management experience at HQ level of large format retail or distribution in CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate buyer meetings, category reviews and analyses at HQ level.
• Communicate progress and strategies to stakeholders across teams.
• Develop retail partnerships and campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategy.
