BASX, within AAON, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence across a defined territory. You will manage manufacturer reps, distributors, and key customers while aligning regional plans with BASX and AAON goals.

You will lead business development, account management, and channel support, traveling frequently to meet clients, conduct product training, and present strategic forecasts. This role can be remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and support manufacturer representatives and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand BASX’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Coach representative leaders to strengthen their businesses and results.
• Support representative sales efforts with input on customer account plans and sales/technical strategies.
• Provide technical product support and training to sales partners and customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, marketing, customer care, and AAON business unit sales leaders.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Represent BASX at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Own the customer experience of representatives and customers, coordinating across teams to resolve issues promptly.
