Job summary

BASX is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive regional growth for datacenter cooling solutions in the United States. You will lead sales activities across territory, manage manufacturers and distributors, and expand BASX’s market presence while collaborating with engineering, marketing, and AAON leaders.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, B2B sales experience, and exceptional communication. Remote work is possible with extensive travel and a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue

Qualifications

• Must have B2B sales experience in datacenter cooling HVAC or industrial equipment
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Manage and support manufacturer representatives and distribution partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand BASX’s market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
• Coaches representative leaders to strengthen their businesses and results
• Support representative sales efforts with input on customer account plans and sales/technical strategies
• Provide technical product support and training to sales partners and customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, marketing, customer care, and AAON unit sales leaders
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
• Represent BASX at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
• Own the customer experience across internal teams to address concerns and ensure positive outcomes
