Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage manufacturer reps and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Coach representatives to strengthen their business results.
• Support sales with customer account plans and technical strategies.
• Provide product training to partners and customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, care, and sales leaders.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and leadership presentations.
• Represent BASX at trade shows and events.
• Own the customer experience across internal teams.
