AAON, Inc. and BASX seek a Technical Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the datacenter cooling segment. You will lead business development, account management, and channel support with manufacturers, distributors, and key customers.

The role demands strong HVAC knowledge and proven B2B sales experience, plus collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales leaders. Remote work within the U.S. is possible; heavy travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in datacenter cooling HVAC or industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and support manufacturer representatives and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand BASX's market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Coach representative leaders to strengthen their business results.
• Support sales efforts with customer account plans and technical strategies.
• Provide technical product support and training to partners and customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; report insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, customer care, and sales leaders.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Represent BASX at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Own the customer experience across internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
