Job summary

Inizio Engage is currently seeking a Welcome Specialist to represent a leading Biotechnology client on inbound and outbound calls with consumers and providers. The role supports coaching a team of Healthcare Communicators while adhering to program scripts, guidelines, and HIPAA privacy rules.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with strong communication and reliable high-speed internet at home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Stable, reliable, high-speed home internet and a designated home office space.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients on projects via inbound/outbound calls with consumers and providers.
• Coach and support a team of Healthcare Communicators.
• Maintain quality standards, follow scripts and guidelines.
• Collect and accurately enter program information into databases.
• Demonstrate effective communication and tele-management skills.
• Interact empathetically with callers and explain medical terminology as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and safeguard patient privacy.
