Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a remote healthcare support specialist to assist client programs with data collection and entry, while maintaining high quality standards and privacy compliance.

You will communicate clearly with patients, enter information into secure databases, and support program staff, ensuring adherence to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills essential.
• Computer keyboard and mouse proficiency with a pleasant telephone manner.

• Accurately collect information for programs and enter it into program databases.
