Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization process for website requests across lines of business and translate needs into plans and release schedules.
• Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead website QA and release readiness including accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, performance, redirects, SEO metadata, and crawlability.
• Maintain forms and integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document requirements for partners.
• Implement and maintain campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create governance and documentation to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership and standards.
• Use analytics and site-health tools to identify issues and share concise recommendations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites
