Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands‑on role will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Experience with modern CMS and front-end troubleshooting.
• Experience with web analytics and site-health tools (GA4, Search Console).
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills in multi-brand environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration across multiple brands.
• Oversee publishing workflows, templates, and accessibility checks.
• Ensure SEO health, metadata, and performance targets.
• Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations.
• Document requirements for internal/external developers.
• Implement tracking and consent management for campaigns.
