Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands-on role will manage the CMS, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties, collaborating with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to diagnose common front-end issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, website accessibility, responsive design, redirects, and release QA.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4 or Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand or multi-business environment.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines, translating approved needs into plans and release schedules.
• Lead website quality assurance and release readiness, including content accuracy, responsive behavior, accessibility, links, forms, tracking, and post-launch checks.
• Monitor and improve website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain website forms and routine integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document technical requirements for developers or partners.
• Implement and maintain website-side requirements for campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create practical web governance, documentation, and reusable processes for ownership, approvals, and standards.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share concise recommendations with stakeholders.
