RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages CMS, publishing intake, releases, and technical health, accessibility, and search readiness, partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and technical teams.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, and release QA.
• Experience using web analytics tools such as GA4 or Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to document processes and collaborate in a multi-brand environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage a clear intake and prioritization process for website requests across business lines, translating approved needs into realistic plans and release schedules.
• Build and update pages and landing pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead website quality assurance and release readiness, including content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor and improve website health, performance, uptime, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, and SEO basics.
• Maintain website forms and routine integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document technical requirements clearly for internal or external partners.
• Implement and maintain website-side requirements for campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership and approvals.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share recommendations with stakeholders.
