Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this role oversees CMS, intake, releases, health, accessibility, and search readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years managing production marketing sites on WordPress/Webflow/HubSpot/Contentful, with HTML/CSS and strong analytics skills. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites and CMS publishing.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end issues troubleshooting.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and site-health tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, pages, templates, components, and publishing workflows.
• Manage intake and prioritization of website requests across brands and releases.
• Lead website QA and release readiness for accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement and maintain tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes for ownership and standards.
• Use analytics and site tools to identify issues and share concise recommendations.
