Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day‑to‑day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands‑on role will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or Contentful.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for front‑end troubleshooting.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and technical SEO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CMS administration, pages, templates, and publishing workflows.
• Lead QA, accessibility checks, and post‑launch validation across sites.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, performance, redirects, and metadata.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners on campaigns and tests.
• Document governance and standards to improve efficiency.
