Job summary

RethinkFirst seeks a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. You'll manage the CMS, intake, releases, and technical health while partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and Dev teams to deliver reliable website experiences.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands-on role requires strong HTML/CSS skills, SEO awareness, and a proven track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years building/maintaining production marketing websites on modern CMS platforms.
• HTML/CSS with ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Experience using GA4, Search Console, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong project and stakeholder management in a multi-brand environment.
• Experience in B2B software or healthcare/education tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration for pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines with release planning.
• Lead QA and release readiness for content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, and metadata.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance documentation and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Use analytics and site-health tools to identify issues and share recommendations with stakeholders.
