Job summary

BECU is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to shape and deliver member-centric web experiences across our digital ecosystem. You will drive front-end development, build reusable components, and contribute to the migration from Sitecore to Optimizely while ensuring accessibility and performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, own delivery within an Agile framework, and help optimize campaigns, forms, and microsites for a seamless member journey.

Qualifications

Experience delivering web solutions for digital platforms.
Strong skills in HTML/CSS/JS and CMS tooling.
Familiarity with Agile delivery, testing, and optimization.

Responsibilities

Deliver web solutions across BECU.org and digital platforms.
Lead migration from Sitecore to Optimizely to enable modern experiences.
Support personalization and audience targeting efforts.
Ensure accessibility and responsive design across pages and templates.
Collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams.
Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, and estimation.
