Job summary

BECU is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member experiences across our digital platforms. You’ll deliver web solutions, build landing pages and forms, and support the migration from Sitecore to Optimizely in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You’ll collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT, own projects end-to-end, and ensure accessibility and SEO compliance, while advancing personalization and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Web Solution Delivery: implement digital web solutions for campaigns and user experiences.
• Front-End Development: build landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: assist the Sitecore to Optimizely transition for scalable, modern solutions.
• Personalization & Targeting: support tailoring digital experiences and audience targeting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
• Accessibility & Compliance: ensure UX best practices, WCAG/A11Y, and responsive design.
