Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to craft member-facing web experiences and support a DXP migration from Sitecore to Optimizely. You will build landing pages, forms, and reusable components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

You will collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to translate business needs into scalable web solutions while upholding accessibility, SEO, and brand standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, MIS, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing tech roles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks).
• Experience with Optimizely CMS and front-end frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver digital web solutions for campaigns and member experiences across platforms.
• Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components.
• Support the DXP transition from Sitecore to Optimizely.
• Support personalization and audience targeting efforts.
• Collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams.
• Ensure UX, accessibility (WCAG/A11Y), and responsive design compliance.
• Contribute to Agile sprint planning and delivery.
• Assist with A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve front-end issues for reliable user experiences.
