Job summary

BECU is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member experiences across BECU.org and digital platforms. You will deliver front-end solutions and support the transition to a modern Digital Experience Platform (DXP) like Optimizely, working closely with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality web experiences.

To join our dynamic team, a Bachelor's degree and 1 year in web development or digital marketing technology are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1 year of web development or digital marketing technology experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks).
• Experience with Optimizely CMS.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Web Solution Delivery: implement digital web solutions across platforms.
• Front-End Development: build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and components.
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: assist Sitecore to Optimizely migration.
• Personalization & Targeting: support tailored digital experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, IT.
• User Experience & Accessibility: ensure WCAG/A11Y and responsive design.
• Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning and estimations.
• Testing & Optimization: support A/B and multivariate testing.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: resolve front-end issues.
• Compliance & Standards: meet brand, SEO, legal, and ADA requirements.
• Technology Integration: integrate marketing tools into web platforms.
• Analytics-Driven Improvements: use data to improve solutions.
• Documentation & Process: document workflows and requirements.
• Ownership & Execution: manage projects from direction to completion.
