Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member experiences across BECU.org and our digital platforms. You will deliver front-end web solutions, contribute to the DX Platform migration from Sitecore to Optimizely, and collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to translate business needs into effective web solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Web Solution Delivery: implement digital web solutions across BECU's digital platforms.
• Front-End Development: build landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS tools.
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: contribute to migration from Sitecore to Optimizely for scalable solutions.
• Personalization & Targeting: support personalization and audience targeting efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to translate business needs into web solutions.
• User Experience & Accessibility: ensure UX best practices and WCAG/A11Y compliance.
• Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, and delivery.
• Testing & Optimization: support A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: identify and resolve front-end issues.
• Compliance & Standards: ensure all web experiences meet brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, and ADA compliance.
• Technology Integration: support integration of marketing technologies into web platforms.
• Analytics-Driven Improvements: leverage data insights to refine digital solutions.
• Documentation & Process: document workflows, requirements, and implementation processes.
• Ownership & Execution: manage projects from direction to completion with accountability.
