Job summary

BECU is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member experiences across BECU.org and digital platforms. You’ll translate business needs into intuitive front-end solutions and help drive a modernization effort with a Sitecore to Optimizely transition.

You’ll work with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to deliver scalable web experiences, while ensuring accessibility, performance, and responsive design. Remote work is available for approved locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Web Solution Delivery: execute digital web solutions across platforms.
• Front-End Development: build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: contribute to the DXP initiative during Sitecore to Optimizely transition.
• Personalization & Targeting: support personalization and audience targeting efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams.
• User Experience & Accessibility: ensure UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG/A11Y), and responsive design.
• Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, and delivery.
• Testing & Optimization: support A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: identify and resolve front-end issues.
