Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to deliver digital web solutions across BECU.org and digital platforms. You will help migrate from Sitecore to Optimizely, build landing pages and reusable components, and collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to drive member growth and satisfaction.

You'll work in a hybrid model with flexible remote options, focusing on accessibility, performance, and analytics-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS/Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CMS platforms, specifically Optimizely.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or equivalent.
• Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.
• Understanding of digital testing and optimization methodologies.
• Exposure to personalization tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Web Solution Delivery: implement digital web solutions across campaigns and products.
• Front-End Development: build landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components.
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: assist Sitecore to Optimizely migration with scalable, modern solutions.
• Personalization & Targeting: support tailored digital experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams.
• User Experience & Accessibility: ensure WCAG/A11Y and responsive design compliance.
• Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning, story refinement, and delivery.
• Testing & Optimization: support A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: identify and resolve front-end issues.
• Compliance & Standards: ensure brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, and ADA compliance.
• Analytics-Driven Improvements: leverage data to optimize solutions.
• Documentation & Process: document workflows and implementation processes.
• Ownership & Execution: manage projects end-to-end with accountability.
