Job summary

BECU is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member experiences across BECU.org and digital platforms. You will translate business needs into practical web solutions, contributing to a planned migration from Sitecore to Optimizely and delivering scalable, accessible front-end experiences.

You will collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams, build reusable components, and participate in Agile delivery. Remote work options are available for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS, MIS, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks).
• Experience with CMS platforms, specifically Optimizely; familiarity with Sitecore migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver web solutions that support campaigns, product initiatives, and member experience across BECU’s digital platforms.
• Develop landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
• Support the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) migration from Sitecore to Optimizely.
• Assist personalization and audience targeting efforts for tailored digital experiences.
• Collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate business needs into web solutions.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG/A11Y) and responsive design in all experiences.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, story refinement, and delivery.
