Job summary

BECU is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to design and implement member-facing web experiences. You will develop landing pages, micro-sites, and forms, migrate to a modern DXP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accessible web solutions.

Remote or onsite options are available, with a strong emphasis on ownership, scalability, and measurable impact on member experience across BECU.org and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in web development and digital tech domains.
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital web solutions across platforms to support campaigns and product initiatives.
• Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components.
• Support the DXP migration from Sitecore to Optimizely with scalable solutions.
• Assist in personalization and audience targeting efforts for tailored experiences.
• Collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to translate requirements.
• Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and adherence to WCAG standards.
• Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and sprint delivery.
• Support testing strategies including A/B/multivariate testing.
