Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union seeks a Web Solutions Specialist to deliver web solutions across BECU.org and digital platforms, building landing pages, microsites, and reusable components. You will contribute to the Sitecore to Optimizely migration, support personalization, and collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate business needs into effective web experiences.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1 year of web development experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks).
Experience with CMS platforms, specifically Optimizely.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or equivalent.
Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.
Understanding of digital testing and optimization methodologies.
Exposure to personalization tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of projects from initial direction through completion.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Web Solution Delivery: execute digital web solutions across BECU's digital platforms.
Front-End Development: build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
DXP & Platform Migration Support: contribute to DXP initiatives, including Sitecore to Optimizely migration.
Personalization & Targeting: support tailoring digital experiences through personalization and targeting efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate requirements into solutions.
User Experience & Accessibility: ensure solutions meet UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG/A11Y), and responsive design.
Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, and delivery.
Testing & Optimization: support A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: identify and resolve front-end issues.
Compliance & Standards: ensure experiences meet brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, and ADA compliance.
Technology Integration: support integration of marketing technologies and tools.
Analytics-Driven Improvements: leverage data to refine digital solutions.
Documentation & Process: document workflows and implementation processes.
Ownership & Execution: manage projects end-to-end with accountability.
