Job summary

BECU is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member-facing web experiences across BECU.org and digital platforms. You will translate business needs into front-end solutions, support the Sitecore to Optimizely migration, and ensure accessible, responsive design.

You'll collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics and IT in an Agile environment, own projects end-to-end, and contribute to personalization and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing tech experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with jQuery or modern frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Web solution delivery across BECU's digital platforms and campaigns.
• Front-end development of landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components.
• Contribute to the Digital Experience Platform migration from Sitecore to Optimizely.
• Support personalization and audience targeting efforts to improve member experiences.
• Collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT to translate business requirements into web solutions.
• Ensure UX best practices, WCAG/A11Y accessibility, and responsive design; participate in Agile delivery.
