Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union seeks a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member experiences on BECU.org and digital platforms. You’ll drive web solutions, migrate platforms, and partner with UX, Marketing, and IT to deliver scalable experiences.

You will work across campaigns and product initiatives to enhance engagement, accessibility, and performance, with opportunities for remote or hybrid work in a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Web Solution Delivery: deliver digital web solutions across campaigns and product initiatives.
• Front-End Development: build landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components.
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: assist the Sitecore to Optimizely transition.
• Personalization & Targeting: support tailoring digital experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, IT.
• User Experience & Accessibility: ensure WCAG/A11Y compliant, responsive design.
• Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning and estimation.
• Testing & Optimization: support A/B and multivariate testing.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: identify and fix front-end issues.
• Compliance & Standards: align with brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, ADA.
• Technology Integration: assist marketing tech integrations into web platforms.
• Analytics-Driven Improvements: use data insights to refine solutions.
• Documentation & Process: document workflows and requirements.
• Ownership & Execution: manage projects end-to-end with accountability.
