Boeing Employees Credit Union seeks a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member experiences across BECU.org and digital platforms. You will deliver web solutions, build landing pages and reusable components, and support the Sitecore-to-Optimizely transition.

Required skills include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Optimizely CMS. This role blends remote/onsite work with Agile delivery in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks preferred).
• Experience with Optimizely CMS.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or equivalent front-end frameworks.
• Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.
• Understanding of digital testing and optimization methodologies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement practices.
• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Web Solution Delivery: execute digital web solutions across campaigns and product initiatives.
• Front-End Development: build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: contribute to the Digital Experience Platform initiative, including transition from Sitecore to Optimizely.
• Personalization & Targeting: support personalization and audience targeting efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate requirements into web solutions.
• User Experience & Accessibility: ensure UX best practices, WCAG/A11Y, and responsive design.
• Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, and delivery.
• Testing & Optimization: support A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: identify and resolve front-end issues.
• Compliance & Standards: ensure brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, and ADA compliance.
• Technology Integration: support integration of marketing technologies into web platforms.
• Analytics-Driven Improvements: leverage data insights to refine digital solutions.
• Documentation & Process: document workflows and technical requirements.
• Ownership & Execution: manage projects from direction to completion with accountability.
