Qualifications

• 7–10 years of work with Workers' Compensation claims, incl. medical and indemnity.
• Auditing experience.
• Strong process management and direct leadership skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of claims management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workers' compensation claims teams.
• Audit client processes, monitor performance, and provide training.
• Develop compliant processes aligned with client, broker, and carrier expectations.
• Oversee resources, mentor direct reports, and deliver training and audits.
• Prepare executive and oversight reports and refine branch workflows.
