Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience working with Worker's Compensation claims, including medical and indemnity exposure.
• Experience in auditing is preferred.
• Strong process management and direct leadership skills are required.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of claims management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise WC claims teams and audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver training to branches as needed.
• Develop processes to ensure client, broker, and carrier expectations are met.
• Oversee resources and direct reports, and prepare executive/oversight reports.
• Review branch handling processes to improve claim outcomes.
