Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced leader to supervise a Workers' Compensation claims team across multiple jurisdictions. The role supports a remote work arrangement and requires a strong track record in claims supervision.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of claims experience, appropriate state licenses, and the ability to drive best practices and team development while ensuring high-quality service for clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers' Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities.
• Promote Best Practices in handling claims in accordance with GB’s standards.
• Drive talent by hiring and training adjusters and fostering performance improvement.
• Manage workloads by setting goals and maintaining efficiency.
• Utilize Gallagher's technology to enhance team support and service quality.
