Job summary

Gallagher Bassett, part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., is seeking a senior Workers' Compensation claims leader. You will supervise a small team, manage a caseload, and drive high-quality, efficient service for clients and carriers.

This fully remote role requires extensive claims experience, active licenses, and a demonstrated ability to mentor others while leveraging Gallagher technology to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10 years hands-on workers' compensation claims adjusting experience including lost-time/indemnity and litigation.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small Workers' Compensation team.
• Demonstrate significant claims handling skills with a personal caseload.
• Participate in hiring and training to foster performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage workloads and motivate team performance.
• Use Gallagher's technology to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers professionally and proactively.
• Balance multiple priorities and coach team members for development
