Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior claims leader to supervise a Workers' Compensation team in a fully remote role across the United States. You will drive best practices, hire and train adjusters, and optimize workflows to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes for clients and their insureds.

The role requires 8+ years of claims experience, California jurisdiction experience, and relevant licenses/certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.
• California jurisdiction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Workers' Compensation claims team to deliver high-quality service.
• Guide claims handling in line with GB's Best Practices.
• Oversee hiring and training of adjusters for performance improvement.
• Define goals and manage workloads for efficiency.
• Harness Gallagher's technology to improve team quality and output.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers.
