Gallagher Bassett is seeking a dynamic leader to supervise a Workers' Compensation claims team in a fully remote role. You will guide claim handling, hire and train adjusters, and drive best practices to deliver high-quality service across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.
• Experience leading a workers' compensation claims team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and encourage a Workers' Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with GB’s Best Practices.
• Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and effectively manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Harness Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and overall quality of service.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.
• Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and position team members for development.
