Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support homeowners with warranty and service requests through remote tools and digital channels. You will guide homeowners, document issues, and coordinate with trades to resolve repairs while maintaining Lennar's service standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and basic technical skills, with experience in customer service in construction or homebuilding preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in homebuilding or construction.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good PC skills including Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowner service requests promptly via remote channels.
• Guide homeowners through troubleshooting steps and document findings.
• Determine scope of warranty work and coordinate with Trade Partners.
• Ensure homeowner satisfaction with proactive, professional support.
• Assist with after-hours on-call rotation and emergency repairs when needed.
