Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support homeowners with warranty requests using remote tools and virtual diagnostics. You’ll communicate clearly with homeowners, trades, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain documentation.

The role requires strong communication, prior customer service experience, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed while upholding Lennar’s service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred, ideally with a homebuilder.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Professional attitude and positive representation of the company.

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowner requests promptly after reviewing documentation, homesite, and case history to ensure familiarity with the matter.
• Use remote assistance tools to guide Homeowners through troubleshooting and resolution steps.
• Provide guidance on warranty coverage and out-of-warranty items.
• Document and maintain all findings and correspondence for thorough case documentation.
• Determine the scope of work for warranty repairs and coordinate with Trade Partners as needed.
• Ensure repairs are completed and homeowners are satisfied with proactive support.
• Deliver support in accordance with Lennar’s warranty policies and standards.
• Process back charges and EPOs to ensure timely payment to Trade Partners.
• Proactively address trade partner scheduling or payment issues.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
