Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Charlotte to provide warranty and service support to homeowners through digital channels. You will respond quickly and professionally, using remote assessment and virtual technology to resolve issues.

Collaboration with field teams and Trade Partners will be essential to maintain homeowner satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with flexibility for after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred, ideally with a homebuilder.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and determine solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowner requests promptly after reviewing documentation and case history.
• Guide homeowners remotely through troubleshooting using digital tools.
• Explain warranty coverage and out-of-warranty items to homeowners.
• Document findings and correspondence for thorough case records.
• Coordinate with Trade Partners for further action on repairs.
• Deliver proactive, knowledgeable support to ensure satisfaction.
