Lennar is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Warranty and Service team in Texas. You will support Homeowners through digital channels, guiding them with remote assessments and proactive communication to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities include reviewing case history, liaising with Trade Partners, documenting findings, and ensuring satisfaction with Lennar’s warranty policies and service standards. Flexibility for after-hours is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred, ideally with a homebuilder.

Aufgaben

• Handle homeowner service requests promptly by reviewing documentation, homesite and case history.
• Guide homeowners through troubleshooting using remote assistance tools.
• Clarify warranty coverage and out-of-warranty items; provide self-help guidance.
• Document all findings and communications for case records.
• Determine scope of warranty work and coordinate with Trade Partners for action.
• Ensure repairs and customer satisfaction through proactive support.
• Process back charges and EPOs to ensure timely payments to Trade Partners.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as directed.
