Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support homeowners with warranty and service requests through remote assessment and digital channels. You will work with homeowners, field teams, and Trade Partners to deliver timely, professional service, documenting all interactions and guiding through troubleshooting while upholding Lennar’s warranty policies.

You will coordinate with Trade Partners and participate in on-call rotations, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate case

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and guide homeowners through troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowner warranty and service requests via remote channels.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting using digital tools.
• Document case history, photos, and correspondence in the system.
• Coordinate with Trade Partners for further action.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
